From The Admin Group

Hello All,

We learned about and celebrated the naturalization process on Wednesday. 28 people from 20 different countries became US citizens at HHS during our 6th annual Naturalization Ceremony. Our 11th and 12th graders were lucky enough to attend. Landya Marie Boyer McCafferty, chief judge of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire hosted a court session in our auditorium. Our 9th and 10th graders attended a Naturalization panel in the gym. Our students heard about the journey 7 community members took to get naturalized. We were lucky to have people share their journey with our school community. These events reminded us of American ideals we often take for granted. Thank you to all the humans who made these events possible.

RMS Tutors Needed

RMS students are looking for tutors.  It's a great way to help others and earn community service/volunteer hours while you're at it.   If you are interested or want to learn more, please fill out this form. We currently need volunteer tutors in all subject areas, including general organization/study skills.  Volunteering takes place after school at RMS on Mon, Tues and/or Thursday afternoons.

Upcoming College Visits

Throughout the fall, colleges and universities host information sessions at HHS. Your student  may register to attend these sessions through SCOIR. To attend a session during a scheduled class, a student must register in SCOIR and obtain their teacher’s permission in advance. For help navigating in SCIOR, or background information about how to approach college info sessions, please have your student connect with their counselor. Meetings will take place in the Counseling Office or Digital Arts Lab. Updates to the visit schedule will be posted in Schoology every Thursday.
