Message from the Principal

Hello All,

I heard almost 200 parents attended the Class of 2027 Parent Trivia Night. It looks like parents need to and enjoy going out. The attendance was much higher than the school dance! Seems like we ought to create more events for this demographic in the future. It was a great community event and a good fundraiser. What’s next?!  Bingo? Parent dance or dinner? Send ideas!

Have a great vacation week!

Senior Families Future Planning to-dos

Keep Submitting your Applications.

Complete the FAFSA.

The 2025-2026 FAFSA is now open, and FREE professional help is available to complete it.

Apply for scholarships.
Keep SCOIR Updated.
  • Keep the “My College” section current! Ensure that colleges are correctly sorted into “applying” or “applied. This is how counselors continue to know where to send your application materials.
Send Official Test Scores Through CollegeBoard or ACT (if applicable).
  • If students are applying anywhere that requires official test scores, they will need to send official results from CollegeBoard or ACT directly to a given college. This can be done electronically through the links above.
Monitor Each Individual College Application Portal.
  • Every college to which students apply will provide them with a login to set up an applicant portal. Create that applicant portal! This is how students will receive updates from their schools (including admissions decisions!) and schools may also request additional information. Let your counselor know if any documents are appearing in your portals as missing.
